Welcome to my blog… I find writing that to be a bit surreal.  Blogging is something I have avoided for years.  I avoid reading blogs because I find that most of them are filled with insipid drivel.  I have avoided creating one because I didn’t have any insipid drivel that I wanted to share.

This is not going to be a traditional blog anyway.  I expect to create more pages than blog entries.  I seriously thought about setting up a Wiki instead.  My goal is to share information about how I go about making cider, mead and other fermented goodies as naturally as I can.  If you want to know more, a good place to start is the page entitled “Happy Bubblers“.
